Liver Gall Bladder Cleanse
After a colon cleanse has successfully released the tar like build up from the inside of the intestines, it is best to follow this with a liver-gall bladder cleanse.These organs work closely together to help in digestion. When they become loaded with 'stones' this can lead to clogged ducts, which are quite painful, and ultimately lead to disease and often to gallbladder surgery.
By doing a liver-gallbladder flush, these stones will pass out with very little discomfort. There is some debate as to whether there are stones in the liver or just in the gall bladder. This type of cleansing technique will stimulate the release of built up gall stones regardless of where they are.
There are many different versions for liver cleanses; the following is a detox recipe that suits the first timer as well as someone who is repeating the flush for a seasonal cleanse.
We recommend reading the book, "The Amazing Liver & Gall Bladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz. He takes this detox protocol to a whole other level and offers an in-depth understanding behind the why's and how's, as well as an education in basic biology.
The following recipe is simple and should produce great results...lots of pea size chalky green stones or gall bladder sludge in the next morning's bowel movement.
If during the night, there is a need to vomit, Andreas Mortiz explains this is the bile duct shutting down during the process and therefore the remaining mixture backs up in the stomach and we naturally vomit to remove the rest. It does not mean that the flush failed as some folks have claimed.
It is recommended to eat lighter foods, easy to digest and alkalizing, for a week or so before the flush and then fast the day of, only drinking water and/or organic apple juice.
The more you follow this suggestion, the easier it will make the whole affair. No trauma drama, as a friend would say.
Recipe Ingredients:
We recommend organic, but don't let that hold you up if you can't get it!
6 oz Organic Olive Oil
4 oz Organic Grapefruit Juice (Lemon juice is the other option but this one tastes so much better)
Hulda Clark also uses 4 Tablespoons of Epsom salt, but we make this optional and have many successful flushes with out it.
Mix together and split into 2 portions.
Time the 2 drinks at 30 minutes apart so that the last drink is just before going to bed, do not clean up the kitchen. (That's Hulda Clark speaking.) Lie down immediately and do nothing else for the rest of the evening.
The next morning, the bowel movement will probably be loose and full of various small-sized clumps, mostly floating, that can range in colors of a greenish-clay to iridescent green.
Andreas Moritz recommends doing these cleanses at regular intervals until you are not seeing any more stones but we make the caution not to over do cleansing of your systems if you have been stressed by a chronic or acute condition.
Coffee enema recipe
As per the Gerson therapy protocol, this is an excellent way to release toxins stored in the liver.
3 tablespoons of organic coffee grounds
32 oz (plus) filtered water
Enema bag
Timer
Towels
Essential oil like lavender w/ a hankerchief
Add together the coffee and water in sauce pan and boil for 1 minute. Lower heat and let simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Let cool and strain through coffee filter or cheese cloth.
Add enough filtered water to re-consititute back to 32 total ounces.
Prepare your bathroom area to be warm and comfy.
Take in as much of the solution as you can comfortably hold and lie on your right side for 15 minutes. Time is the key, not how much you hold at one time.
Release in the toilet after time is up and for added comfort, put several of your favorite essential oil drops on a hanky and hold to your nose while releasing.
I do this recipe in 2 applications, meaning I can hold 2 cups each time and do this in succession to use the 32 oz.
