Ramona has been a Health and Vitality Coach most of her life. She has been a certified personal trainer working with clients recovering from sport specific injuries, women desiring a strong healthy pregnancy, and the baby boomer generation. She has been a nationally accredited body work therapist, specializing in deep tissue release and structural integration.

After Ramona successfully recovered from her own battles from a Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (aka Morgellons,) and Lyme disease, she created a unique system for helping to determine the types of toxicity that may be challenging us.

Currently, she is researching epigenetics to better understand how diet, environment, and attitudinal healing affect our state of health.
